Stella Coffee will always be shaped by the fact that it was born during the epidemic; we will always be yearning for a connection with our community and the strength of humanity. In 2018, we sold our flat and bought a business (then known as Carthay Café). It didn't look good at first, but with a little elbow grease, it began to improve. We ran Carthay Café for two years, making numerous mistakes along the way and learning a lot about ourselves and business management.
