The service and delivery were fantastic, however I disliked the Flatboy. The concept is good, and the product is of decent quality, but I found it impossible to utilize. I couldn't access the filler hole under the tap on site and got soaked while trying. Then I was drenched again when I struggled to remove. The cover from the spout to insert it into the motorhome's refill hole. You need three hands! I discarded it and got a watering can. Show Less
